Golf, Walking, Mountain-Biking, Surfing, Boating, Fishing, Kite-surfing, Sky Diving and even Paintball. You can even drive a few miles south and try sky-diving. Add to that the range of pre-designed Trips and Tours and there’s no shortage of action.

1) Whale Watching

There are a number of different organisations offering Whale Watching trips of different types and at different times. Many are based in Busselton or Dunsborough (a short drive from Bunbury) and others further south in Augusta or Bremer Bay.

2) Deep Sea Fishing

Trips are offered by fishermen who have fished the WA waters for almost 50 years in a fully equipped 57 foot boat.

Trips last about 8 hours and the crew use the latest technology to detect different species including the legendary Australian Dhu Fish. Trips offered by:-

4) Mountain Biking (off Road) Bike Trails near Bunbury

Most of the best mountain bike tracks are in the Ferguson Valley, around Mount Lennard and Wellington Mills less than a 30 minute drive east of Bunbury. Other places for good biking trails are around Collie and Barry’s Block near Donnybrook.

5) Tiger Moth Adventure Flights

Tiger Moth Adventure Flights offer an unforgettable aviation experience in the iconic Tiger Moth plane for flights up to one hour over Geographe Bay, Cape Naturaliste and Busselton. Flights include normal low level reconnaissance of the area and also aerobatic displays including loops, barre rolls and steep turns. Flights depart from Busselton Airport.

6) Trampoline Park (All Ages)

The Gravity Extreme Trampoline Centre has something for everyone. Located 5 minutes south of Bunbury at Dalyellup, you can experience 7 different activity zones.

7) Sky Diving

Book a once in a lifetime experience, maximum rush sky dive from Busselton. Jump from up to 15,000 feet and land on the beach. You will free fall at 200km/ hour at 10 seconds flat to experience a unique adrenaline rush

9) Cave and Canoe Tours

These award-winning tours start at the mouth of the Margaret River (only a short drive from Bunbury) and run from 10am to 2pm. 13) Sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Whether you are a beginner or own a yacht, check out Koombana Bay Sailing Club, located in the centre of Bunbury. Beautiful club rooms offer some of the best views in WA across the bay. There are competitions on Wednesday evening and a range of races on Saturdays. Koombana Bay Sailing Club is a great place to get sailing lessons.

You will see windsurfers and kite-surfers at various places, mainly win the Estuary but sometimes also on Back Beach when the conditions are favourable.
